Welcome to Swim Bedminster!
We use a small private pool at Parson Street Primary School in Bedminster.
Our pool is heated to 32-34 degrees all year round which is perfect to put all of our swimmers at ease and creates a super comfortable learning environment.
Most children over 3 years will be able to stand up in the shallow end (0.76 metres) which means we don't have to use any restrictive arm bands / floatation aids.
Children learn to swim independently from the very beginning and develop a true understanding of their own buoyancy in the water and how to move around safely in the water.
Due to space restrictions, we allow 1 spectator per family on poolside.
For our parent and child classes you are welcome to bring somebody along to watch you swim with your child. They may take photos with permission of the class teacher and Swim Bedminster.
